I grabbed a few tops and some home stuff from Urban Outfitters, and I’ll be honest, I kind of assumed it was going to be overpriced before I even checked out. But the prices were actually fair, especially in the sale section. Some pieces are definitely a bit much, but if you poke around for a minute, there are good deals. The quality ended up being better than I expected for what I paid, so yeah, I’d shop there again.

I got a hoodie and a few pairs of socks, and everything showed up just how I picked it. The sizes and colors were all correct, so that was nice. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the order itself was spot on

I liked seeing more recycled materials and clearer info about where things are coming from. It’s definitely not perfect yet, but it does feel like they’re making more of an effort now.

I wasn’t expecting much because I usually don’t trust customer service to actually follow through, but my refund showed up in two days. Nice surprise.

I ordered the wrong size jeans and thought exchanging them was going to be a whole thing, but it ended up being really simple. I ordered a jacket online and picked the store pickup option at Urban Outfitters. I got the email the next day saying it was ready, and when I went in, the staff found it quickly. I didnt have to wait long, maybe around 5 minutes. The jacket was packed fine and the size was right. it was way easier than dealing with shipping to my apartment, so Id definitely do pickup again.

I ordered my usual size i was relieved it fit pretty much perfectly. I’ve been feeling so mentally drained lately that I really didn’t want to deal with returns or weird sizing issues. The jeans and top both matched the size guide well, and there were no surprises. Happy with it overall

Yeah, the sizes seem to sell out fast... so if you see yours available, I'd probably grab it sooner rather than later.

I shop on Urban Outfitters maybe every couple of months when I want something that feels a little more current or different from the usual mall stores. Their clothes and home stuff are usually on trend, and I can almost always find 1 or 2 things I like. That said, some of the prices feel a bit high for what you get, and sizing has been hit or miss for me a few times, so I usually check reviews first if they’re available. Overall, I still like shopping there and usually end up finding something cute. I’d give it around 4 stars, just taking one off because not everything feels worth the price.

I’ve been wearing the jacket almost every week for months, washed it plenty of times, and the seams and buttons are still totally fine. The tees didn’t twist or get weird in the wash either, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with everything.

I stopped in to look for a jacket and had a good experience overall. The staff were really helpful without hovering or being pushy, which I appreciated. One girl even checked the back for another size and was super nice about it. The only downside was that checkout took a little longer than expected. Still, I found the visit pleasant and would definitely go back.
