This is absolutely fair and polite wonderful !!!!!! corrected the problem in a few minutes! somehow managed to get penny back The close look nothing like the pictures, it took nearly two months to get the items, the material is terrible and the quality of the merchandise is the worst I have ever seen. A lot of their items say "sweater" and you get a flimsy piece of nylon. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large coat so I could wear sweaters under it. They send the wrong color coat and the coat was so small, the seams would burst if I wore it with a t-shirt on. I ordered nine items and am disappointed with everyone what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad Not only does shipping take over a month... the product is very low quality - the items received looked nothing like the pictures online.I tried to send it back I emailed the company asking for a full refund,got no response i immediately went on google, Facebook I was searching for the customer service number and I found this number which was +one-Three one two four eight eight one zero nine six I called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that can return nasty back and initiated my money to me Very attentive and responsive. I don't have many lines to explore myself !!!!! I appreciated his assistance.

Expedited Refund pleasant, always willing to help!!!!!!! I returned a dress and the refund was expedited very quickly once the dress was received. I ordered stuff online and when the items arrived there were horrible like they were made by a learner dressmaker I was very disappointed by the quality of items I’ve ordered. One dress arrived with a broken zipper, and all my items were drenched with a nasty smell that my mom commented that maybe rats pissed on the box while it was in the warehouse. Another dress that looked pretty on the website looked like a costume and it gave me a severe skin reaction The quality is very poor. I received items that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I want to return this dress Tried to contact them by email but got no reply i was looking for the customer service number I went on the internet started doing my research and finally, I found this number which was +1-three one two four eight eight one zero nine 6- i called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that I returned garbage to the company and got my penny back from them Especially to customer service for helping me with my query. this was my first time buying from urban outfitters, i placed an order on december 23rd and received it on the 30th. unfortunately, the item i received was faulty but the customer support was really nice and completely refunded me the money for the article within just a few minutes of contacting them. however, i'd recommend contacting their customer support on twitter if you have any issues since they haven't responded to the e-mail i sent them. i'd definitely recommend buying from them!

It's been a long time since I ordered form UO, but recently I've ordered 4 items from there. Three came in no time and one took a few weeks, but payment was not taken until the item was shipped, which I thought was a really good system on their behalf.

I was really impressed with my recent service with UO. Although one of the jumpers I ordered came with a really dodgy, stuck zip- as soon as I went onto the live chat to mention it I was offered a refund.

I know a lot of people are complaining about late deliveries, but we are in the middle of a pandemic and I think it is unfair for people to complain about this, when things must be very stressful behind the scenes.

First of all, thank you. I had a very easy buying experience and although my order was shipped standard, it arrived very quickly. I had an issue during ordering applying my coupon code but wanted to place my order before it sold out. I contacted Customer Service, not once was put on hold, and spoke with Rachael. She was very friendly, polite and was incredibly helpful in taking care of my request. I have worked in customer service so I understand how stressful this position can be. So I wanted to personally thank her for making my experience more than exceptional. I appreciate it.

On the whole really happy, one of the tops was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and quality was thinner fabric-wise, but still looks nice!

I love this shop, incredible quality and very friendly customer service. I love ordering from Urban Outfitters and I love going to the shops. I especially like the iets frans sweatpants. Unfortunately over 4 orders/parts have been cancelled in the last month, but only after my request (I wrote UO at facebook mesenger). But the customer service responded quickly and very kindly, I just wished they would have let me know a little earlier. But then they quickly transferred the money back. It is also a pity that it happened so often, because every time it was the same reason: no more products in stock. All in one a very nice shop with great parts and a very friendly service.

I'm sorry everyone keeps having bad experiences with them...I've ordered with them online a dozen times and have never had an issue receiving my package in a very timely manner and it's always been the correct item. When I've done returns, in store or via mail, I've been refunded quickly. No complaints from me.

I'm writing this review to provide hope for everyone waiting for their packages to come.I had a good experience with Urban Outffiters. They paid all the duties, but you have to pay the shipping fee. I bought an Instax camera and it arrived safe and undamaged. The shipping takes about 2 1/2 weeks (From Hayward California to Brampton, Ontario). My order came in time and the packaging was good. The orders come from America, so before you purchase consider that your order might held in customs. Luckily mine took 3 days to clear customs. Customer service is not the best as every agent says a different thing when responding to a question. For reference: I ordered an Instax Camera on March16th and my order arrived on March 31st. According to the tracker, it took 3 days for the order to process and finally ship.

I like their products. Great choices. I've purchased from them many times over the past few years. Style may not be for everyone, but it's the right price and style for me.

I've had surprisingly good experiences with urban outfitters customer service, so much so that I am inclined to keep shopping there because I know if something goes wrong, I will be covered. The phone customer service reps are always nice and sometimes offer a discount code if something is taking longer than expected to process.

Confused with all the terrible reviews. I think the good outweighs the bad by far, I just dont think the people that have a positive experience are writing reviews. I bought some cute baggy jeans and hopped on the trend. I ordered them a week ago and it literally came in 7 days. I'm in Canada btw. The jeans fit nice and the quality was great. Nothing to complain about except I wish I would have sized down. The name of the jeans are BDG High-Waisted Baggy Jean - Bleached Light Wash

Love their huge selection of Vans & Converse. Dig their sweats and the store is always having a sale. What's not to like?

I see a lot of unhappy peeps on this. I don't get why they're so angry? If you've got a problem, then just contact them. If it's still leading to no where, contact your credit card bank.

If everyone were forced to work in retail, they'll all be a tad more understanding and empathetic. No one's perfect & mistakes do happen. Be more human.

Getting back, Urban's totally the place to go if you want trendy styles. Perfect place for me & my gf to go. We just split into our individual sections and meet up in the Home section.

Shopping online is super easy too. Love Urban.
